1.1 All Products on this website (which may vary from time to time) are available in Southampton, UK
1.2 Certain Products may be delivered by us in bud to ensure longer life.
Order / Payments
2.1 Curing order submission you shall be required to provide us with your personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.
2.2 We accept most credit and debit cards payments, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. Or you can pay for flowers over the phone
2.3 When confirmation of order is received, this does not mean that a contract exists between us.
Delivery
3.1 Our delivery service is only within the Hampshire, UK area.
3.2 Delivery schedule orders received 7 days a week UK time for Delivery will be delivered on the same day if requires. On acceptance by us of your Order Form we will advise you by e-mail confirmation of the intended delivery date.
3.3 Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that date.
Please phone if you have an emergency order.
If you require specific flowers please phone at least 24 hours before delivery is required.
Once orders delivered. If the recipient is not home the flowers/plant are returned to the shop and a delivery note will be sent that informing them that flowers/plants have tried to be delivered and to collect from the shop.
Elegance Boutique are not responsible for theft or damage of flowers, plants and other products after delivered. We take care of our flowers and ensure freshness and quality at all time.

Refunds / Returns Policy
Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Because of the elegant nature of our products. We always endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient for either for a replacement or a refund depending upon the nature of the complaint.
